在1月份，Lunarpages的Basic主机方案升级，升级到1500G的空间和15000G的月流量。前几天Basic Hosting Plan再次升级，由原来的绑定10个域名升级到绑定无限域名，这意味着可以建立无限个顶级域名的网站。
Basic主机方案的这两次升级，将空间和流量再次扩大，并允许用户建立多个网站，确实满足了更多用户的需求。但也应该注意到，一般用户是很难用到1500G空间和15000G流量的，而LP对CPU的限制仍然存在。限制CPU也让用户基本上用不了那么多空间和流量，所以空间和流量的大小很虚，是个幌子。
以前Basic主机方案只能建11个顶级域名网站，现在是能建N个了。当然建站越多，耗费的资源也越多，CPU更容易超标。踏踏实实建好一两个站才是发展之道。
域名的绑定（Addon Domains） ，一般有两种方式。
1、在域名控制面板直接添加A记录，然后在主机控制面板上绑定域名。购买主机后，LP会提供一个IP，或者自己购买独立IP。在域名控制面板里添加A记录，指向这个IP地址。然后在LP主机的Cpanel里Addon Domains即可。存在的问题是，用A记录的域名，偶尔在LP主机的Cpanel里绑定不上。没关系，一次没绑上，再来一次。
2、在域名控制面板将Name Servers修改为LP的DNS，然后在主机控制面板上绑定域名。这是LP推荐的方式。修改Name Servers后，域名的解析任务全由LP完成，域名控制面板里添加的A记录、URL转发等全部无效。
我喜欢用第一种方式。用第二种方式的话，要添加指向LP空间外的域名的A记录、URL转发等将非常麻烦，需要联系LP的客服才能添加。比如我要使用二级域名feed.waterylife.com作为本站的feed。按照Feedsky要求的域名绑定方法，需要添加域名的CNAME记录。如果没有修改域名的Name Servers，那么在域名的控制面板添加CNAME记录即可；如果修改成了LP的Name Servers，那就需要联系LP的技术员帮忙添加CNAME记录了。
